This project uses data from the Cincinnati Open Data Portal to provide insights into Cincinnati policing.
Right now, you'll find preliminary work with citizen complaints records. The data offers information on the types and date of complaints, as well as the gender and race of both complainants and officers. Chart.js is used visualize these ratios. Clicking the SVG map currently updates the records in the table with localized statistics. With this start, we can begin to compare data from various districts and even neighborhoods.
